1. The service

Ventasi is an app specialized in helping professionals and companies break objections, analyze negotiations and receive strategies to sell more. The service generates answers based on the context provided by the user.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information you register, for keeping your credentials safe and for all content sent through your account.

3. Acceptable use

• It is forbidden to use Ventasi for illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory or offensive purposes;
• It is forbidden to send sensitive personal data or third-party data without consent;
• It is forbidden to try to bypass security mechanisms, reverse engineer or use the platform in an unauthorized automated way.

4. Intellectual property

The brand, the software and the content generated by Ventasi belong to their owners. The analyses returned to you are available exclusively in your account for internal use of your business.

5. Availability

We seek to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated in the app.
