Ventasi Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We only collect what is strictly necessary to personalize your analyses and operate the service:

• Email and name used at signup;
• Preferred language;
• Business profile information you choose to share (niche, offer, average ticket, audience and common objections);
• Content of the analyses and messages you send to Ventasi.

2. Privacy of your data

Your data is private and isolated per account. No other user has access to what you send. We apply database-level security rules (Row Level Security) and private storage so that each user can only access what belongs to them.

3. What you must NOT send

Important: Ventasi is a sales-support tool. Under no circumstances send:

• Your sensitive personal data (ID numbers, documents, bank details, health data);
• Personal or sensitive data of your customers (full name, phone, address, ID number, financial or health data);
• Any information that identifies third parties without their express consent.

By using Ventasi you commit to anonymizing conversations, screenshots and audio before sending them.

4. Use of information

The information sent is used exclusively to generate your analyses, improve the user experience and meet legal obligations.

5. Retention and deletion

You may close your account at any time in Settings. This permanently removes your data associated with Ventasi.
